It is an advantage if you have previous experience and knowledge from work in elderly care, home care, and care of people with dementia or mental health conditions. You should have a positive attitude, be flexible and able to work independently, and you should also be able to work as part of a team. You should be attentive to clients' wishes and needs and be driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and secure daily life for our clients. Engaged, solution-focused, responsible, and able to think creatively are some of the qualities we highly value. We work primarily in the Nynäshamn urban area, where our office is also located and where we operate from. Working hours vary, we have clients with services from morning to evening, holidays and weekdays alike, which means our working hours reflect this. We work based on assessed support decisions and provide care, nursing, and service interventions in clients' homes. You should have previous experience and knowledge in elderly care, dementia, and/or mental health conditions. You should have good skills in the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team. You are an experienced computer user. A Class B driver's license is desirable; you should also be able to ride a bicycle. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of Lifecare, LMO, Phoniro, and Carefox. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. We use trial employment.
