Therefore, it's important to us that you thrive in our team. Your role with us As a Finance Assistant, you will assist with qualified food preparation work. The work also includes safely preparing and handling special diets and menus for our guests with adapted meal needs. You will contribute to planning and organizing the daily work in the kitchen with your colleagues. Additionally, traditional kitchen tasks are included such as self-inspection, ordering, invoice handling, dishwashing, cleaning, and more. Our guests are located in preschools, schools, and elderly care. You will have daily contact with educators, parents, colleagues, and others, as you are expected to be a good ambassador for GS Meals' activities. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with education in restaurants and food or other relevant education that the employer considers equivalent. You need good knowledge of special diet food preparation as well as good knowledge of food hygiene and self-inspection. We prefer that you have experience working in a production kitchen. If you also have experience with ordering and invoice handling, that's an advantage. The work requires that you have good computer skills, and if you have both knowledge and experience in meal planning software, that's a merit. Since communication and documentation are part of the work, you must be able to express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing. Your personal qualities are important, and we are looking for someone who is flexible, attentive, and easy to collaborate with. You are solution-focused, positive, driven, and engaged. Being able to contribute that little extra to both colleagues and guests is important to you. The operation consists of 230 employees distributed across 80 kitchens within Kristianstad Municipality. Ängsgården Preschool is located in a naturally beautiful environment in central Kristianstad with trees, bushes, and large green areas that provide opportunities for play, imagination, and learning. The preschool consists of eight departments in newly renovated facilities. The Municipal Management Office is responsible for strategically leading, coordinating, and developing the municipality's operations. This includes functions such as finance, HR, IT, communications, citizen center, business, tourism, and common services.
