About the job as a personal assistant As a personal assistant, you will work closely with me in my daily life. You need to have sound judgment and personal maturity. You should appreciate the routines of everyday life and enjoy being in social settings. This is because you will assist and support me both in daily life and during leisure time. We are looking for you to be: I am looking for someone who is cooperative, generally cheerful, and pleasant. It is a requirement that you can cook from scratch and clean a home hygienically. Interest in gardening, fermentation, and composting, etc. is appreciated. You must be a non-smoker, have a healthy lifestyle, and be practically inclined. You should have a sense of order and organization. Good physical fitness and a positive outlook on life are essential. It is preferable if you have a B driver's license and experience driving an automatic transmission car, but it is not a requirement. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training in the role of personal assistant. About the employment The employment arrangement is initially an hourly position but will be changed to a fixed-term employment once we see that everything is working well. The salary form is hourly pay. Working hours are Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, but may sometimes need to be adjusted.
