The operating department has 20 operating rooms. We perform both elective and emergency surgeries and operate around the clock. In total, we have approximately 150 employees. Your Responsibilities As an anesthesia nurse, you will primarily work with tasks specific to your professional role that cannot be performed by other professionals. You will work with areas such as orthopedics, surgery, gynecology, urology, and ear, nose, and throat. When you're not in the operating room, you may anesthetize patients for MRI, CT scans, or carry our emergency pager for hospital-wide alerts. Here, work varies between a well-planned elective flow and an acute flow where you make quick decisions as part of a team in a high-technology care environment. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with specialist education in anesthesia care. Experience in anesthesia care is meritorious but not required. As a person, you are independent and dare to act according to your own conviction. You are also calm, stable, and controlled in stressful and pressured situations while maintaining focus on what matters. We also see that you can plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently. In our work, collaboration is essential, which requires that you enjoy working with other people. You also need to have clear communication with colleagues and patients, where you can listen and are receptive to what others communicate.
