Learn more about our products here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNkeMZF8oZo Your Responsibilities As Manager Service, you have overall responsibility for our service operations – from daily operations to long-term development. The role is both operational and strategic, where you lead an experienced team of currently five Service engineers while driving the business forward for continued expansion. You are responsible for planning the execution of service assignments globally, ensuring high quality in deliveries, and creating structure in a business with customers around the world. In your leadership, you set direction, create clarity, and get the team to work effectively together, with focus on both performance and collaboration. At the same time, you have clear business responsibility. You actively work on developing and selling service agreements, following up with existing customers, and identifying new opportunities for our aftermarket. You are responsible for budget, forecasts, and tracking of the service business, as well as driving the development of new service offerings. The role also includes responsibility for both preventive and emergency service, customer support and remote diagnostics, as well as planning recurring service visits and commissioning of new analyzers at customer sites. You work closely with customers globally and help ensure long-term relationships and high customer satisfaction. Some business travel may occur. Your Profile We are looking for someone who wants to combine technology, business, and leadership in a role with great responsibility and international reach. You have a relevant university or engineering degree, for example in process, mechanical, or chemical engineering, and a technical background with experience from a role where you have worked close to both customers and business, and where you have had clear responsibility for driving results forward. If you additionally have experience from process industries, such as the pulp and paper industry, we see that as a major advantage. You have previously had personnel responsibility and are confident in your leadership role. You build trust, set clear boundaries, and have the ability to get an experienced team to work toward common goals. At the same time, you are receptive and unpretentious, and thrive in an environment where collaboration and personal responsibility go hand in hand. As a person, you are structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and make decisions even at a fast pace. You have a business-driven mindset and enjoy developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and creating value over time. Since the role involves many international contact points, you need to feel comfortable in a global environment and have strong command of both Swedish and English. Who Are We?
