Data Analysis, Risk Analyses and Internal Collaboration
The Data Analysis function is tasked with, among other things, systematically conducting controls in Försäkringskassan's IT systems to identify internal violations and crimes against Försäkringskassan committed by employees in their official capacity, as well as other crimes against the authority.
As an analyst, you are driven in your work tasks and are part of a team of five analysts who develop new controls and serve as a bridge between Data Analysis and affected operations. Your work tasks within the function include collaboration with adjacent functions and, on their behalf, extracting information from logs and data warehouses, managing logs for disclosure of public records, participating in projects to maintain traceability in Försäkringskassan's systems.
The role also involves participating in and conducting risk analyses, implementing decided controls regarding compliance through data analysis of logs and other information, participating in developing new controls for data analysis in at-risk processes and systems, and assessing and categorizing the results of completed data analyses. The role also includes documenting and reporting results of conducted data analyses and controls to relevant parties, creating and maintaining contacts with departments within Försäkringskassan and other authorities.
The position involves handling classified information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

has a university degree in IT or experience and qualifications that can be assessed as equivalent
has several years of experience working in the above field of operations
has experience with analytical work
has good knowledge of relevant analytical tools
acts on your own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
has a systematic and thorough work approach
can understand and analyze complex issues
is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals and has the ability to create a useful network
has good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
has good knowledge of Excel.
It is meriting if you
have knowledge of Försäkringskassan's case management system, structure and architecture
have knowledge of integrity and system logs
have experience participating in projects
have experience with programming and scripting.

Other Information
One position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Trial employment may be relevant. Certain positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, a passed security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Swedish citizenship is required for this position. Possibility of remote work exists if the work allows. Location: Östersund. Other locations may be discussed.
