Care and Support is an operational area focused on providing safe and secure care to our citizens. We work with elderly care, short-term care, functional variations, social psychiatry, and rehabilitation. Our main task is to offer care for our citizens at different stages of life. The needs may vary depending on what type of support a citizen needs, but our approach is that everyone should have the same conditions for safe and secure care. It is important to us that the person receiving care feels secure and has the opportunity to influence and have a say in their daily life. 2 position(s). JOB DUTIES We are looking for you who want to make a difference in people's daily lives. In this role, you will provide support and assistance in the homes of our clients. The job duties include: • Personal care and medical interventions. • Meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping. • Social interaction and creating security. • Documentation in operational systems. We are seeking an engaged and responsible person who enjoys working closely with people and contributing to a meaningful daily life. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Have a genuine interest in people and want to contribute to security and quality of life. • Are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. • Have nursing assistant education (required). • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Have a Class B driver's license, as the work involves driving between clients. Employment Type: Permanent position. Duration: Start date by agreement.
