We warmly welcome you! The position is attached to Kungshögaskolan and Dackeskolan, where you will become part of an operation with a combined total of just over 700 students. Here there are both college-preparatory and vocational programs. You will be part of a work team and the organization's Swedish subject team. In both of these constellations, you are expected to contribute to the school's development and success. The position is placed at the Education Department, which is one of Mjölby Municipality's six departments and is responsible for preschool, primary school, upper secondary school, adapted primary and upper secondary school, and adult education. DUTIES The operation's goal and mission is to promote learning where the individual is stimulated to acquire and develop knowledge and values. The school shall, in cooperation with homes, promote students' comprehensive personal development into active, creative, competent and responsible individuals and citizens. As a teacher, you shall, based on the goals that are formulated, work to ensure that students receive the best possible development, both in terms of knowledge and socially, and actively influence and encourage students to achieve the goals. Furthermore, the student shall be given teaching that, based on your interpretation and understanding, meets the requirements in school law, curriculum, and course plan. You shall be subject-competent and guide students within your subject area. In addition, you shall plan and lead instruction as well as assess and grade knowledge development. You participate actively in Kungshögaskolan's development work and your documentation is beneficial for both student and operation. You are supervised by the school's principal.
