Job Responsibilities As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction within your subject areas. You work closely with students and support adult learners with varying backgrounds and prior knowledge. The assignment also includes assessment and grading according to applicable curricula as well as collaboration with colleagues and management on course development and pedagogical matters. Qualifications Teacher certification in social studies, geography, and law. Experience teaching in adult education is a merit Familiarity with digital learning platforms and distance teaching is a merit Pedagogical Profile and Personal Qualities You have a good understanding of adult learning and are comfortable meeting students at different levels. You are flexible, organized, and clear in your instruction and adapt content and methods to students' needs and goals. You are motivated by seeing students develop and take the next step toward employment or further studies. Collaboration and collegial learning are a natural part of your work approach.
