You support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet knowledge requirements based on their individual circumstances. Your work includes planning, teaching and assessment, as well as evaluation and development of pedagogical activities, in accordance with the school's governing documents. We are a learning organization that promotes knowledge exchange, where you will be in an environment characterized by collegial learning and development. Together with colleagues, you work to create a good learning and working environment for both students and staff. You also contribute to quality and development work at the school. Qualifications Requirements: Teacher certification Qualification to teach mathematics at the lower secondary level (grades 7-9) and upper secondary level Experience teaching in the gymnasium's introductory program or lower secondary special education groups (grades 7-9) Experience using digital tools for communication and pedagogy Good understanding of the school's goals and governing documents Very good Swedish in speech and writing. Meritorious: Qualification to teach other subjects Experience teaching mathematics Experience adapting instruction based on the varying needs of student groups.
