Working hours: Weekdays during office hours Location: Stockholm area Start date: June Employment type: Fixed-term contract YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE As a roving receptionist, you help our clients with temporary needs and work peaks, which gives you broad industry experience and the chance to test working at a variety of different workplaces. Our clients operate in multiple industries, so you could staff anything from a newly started design firm to a successful law firm. The possibilities are enormous!🌟 YOUR ROLE Your tasks will be within office services and may include: Greeting visitors at reception Switchboard, phone, and email management Preparing for meetings/events and ordering lunches and refreshments Mail and courier handling Ensuring the kitchen and office areas are clean and welcoming Contact with suppliers Administrative tasks As a roving receptionist, you have both scheduled fixed hours, but are also ready to step in and help our clients with short notice when needed. WHO ARE YOU? You want to gain valuable work experience in office services. You have previous experience in service, for example from retail or restaurants. It is an advantage if you have previously studied or worked abroad. You are unpretentious, flexible, and solution-oriented. You live by the motto that nothing is impossible! You enjoy working at a fast pace with varying tasks. You strive to always go the extra mile. You have a curious mind and good social skills to quickly adapt to new situations and tasks. You can speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English. You have a high school diploma. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
