for an Outpatient Service Doctor's Assistant (2240 02)
Main job responsibilities:
- know and comply in practical work with regulatory acts governing the healthcare sector;
- provide outpatient healthcare, preventive (medical-prophylactic) measures and emergency medical measures at the military base in Lielvārde;
- provide support in registration activities (medical documentation review; medical application verification; daily operations registration for report preparation, etc.);
- ensure circulation of medical supplies and medical material-technical resources;
- comply with hygiene and anti-epidemic regime requirements;
- maintain and improve professional qualifications.
Requirements for candidates:
- compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law "On State Secrets";
- Level I professional higher or secondary professional medical education in an appropriate specialty;
- Doctor's Assistant certificate (in Outpatient Service or Emergency Medicine specialty);
- registration in the Healthcare Professionals (Doctor's Assistant) register;
- previous work experience as a doctor's assistant working with outpatient patients;
- ability to plan and organize work, ability to work consistently and in a team;
- high sense of responsibility, accuracy, analytical thinking, ability to work in high-intensity conditions;
- ability to properly complete medical documentation in accordance with requirements;
- ability to make decisions and take responsibility for the results of professional activities.

- regular, stable compensation (monthly rate for full-time starting from 1585,- to 1930,- EUR (before tax payment) and special allowance in accordance with work experience in the healthcare sector (i.e. from 5% to 15% of the established monthly salary));
