We are seeking an experienced paramedic for prehospital operations in Sweden. The role involves independent medical assessments in acute situations, where you are responsible for the patient's initial care and triage at the scene of injury or in the home. You will work in an experienced team with clear guidelines and well-functioning procedures, where each intervention requires both clinical competence and the ability to make decisions under time pressure. Several of our paramedics choose to return to similar assignments, which contributes to continuity and stability in the operations. Duties As a paramedic you are responsible for: Independent patient assessment in prehospital settings Acute care and treatment Triage and prioritization Medication management according to guidelines Communication with emergency departments and other healthcare facilities Documentation in accordance with current requirements The role demands high standards of clinical judgment, organization, and decision-making ability.
