Main responsibilities: Organize and plan the collective's activities and development in a goal-oriented manner; Select appropriate repertoire for the collective and ensure its staging, combining tradition preservation with artistic innovation; Ensure the collective's participation in performances and regional events; Organize the collective's representation in Song and Dance Festival activities; Promote a positive work environment and mutual communication; Maintain documentation in accordance with procedures established in the institution; Continue professional development in the relevant field.
