No. 90002396732) invites a creative team to join as an AMATEUR ART COLLECTIVE DIRECTOR for an indefinite period to lead the "Theatre Studio" at 0.15 workload. Requirements for candidates: Secondary or higher education; Accuracy, responsible approach to work, and high self-initiative; Ability to work in a team; Good communication and collaboration skills; Knowledge in the relevant field – amateur art collective management methodology, work planning, and repertoire preparation; Experience working with amateur art collectives and directing will be considered an advantage. Main responsibilities: Direct and plan the collective's activities and development; Select appropriate repertoire for the collective and ensure its staging, combining tradition preservation and artistic innovation; Ensure the collective's participation in performances and local events; Organize the collective's representation in the Song and Dance Festival activities; Promote a positive work environment and mutual communication; Maintain documentation in accordance with institutional procedures; Continue developing professional expertise in the relevant field.
