Saldus Municipality community interest company "Saldus Tourism Information, Culture and Sports Center" (Reg. No. 90002396732) invites a creative team to join us as an AMATEUR ARTS COLLECTIVE DIRECTOR for an indefinite period. • Director of Ruba Parish Folklore Group "Ruba" (0.18 workload) Requirements for candidates: • Secondary or higher education; • Precision, responsible attitude toward work, and high self-initiative; • Ability to work in a team; • Good communication and cooperation skills; • Knowledge in the relevant field – amateur arts collective management methodology, work planning, repertoire preparation; • Experience working with amateur arts collectives will be considered an advantage. Main responsibilities: • Purposefully organize and plan the collective's activities and development; • Select and stage repertoire appropriate for the collective, combining tradition preservation and artistic innovation; • Ensure the collective's participation in municipal events; • Organize the collective's representation in Song and Dance Festival activities; • Promote a positive work environment and mutual communication; • Handle documentation in accordance with institutional procedures; • Advance your professional development in the relevant field.
