We are now recruiting a Teaching Assistant Programming in C++ Norrköping
About the job
We are seeking hourly-paid teaching assistants who, as needed and by agreement, will assist the course instructor in the course TNG033 Programming in C++, 6hp during the second study period of the fall semester. The tasks mainly involve supervision during laboratory sessions.
About you
To be employed as a teaching assistant, you must be admitted to a higher education program at the basic or advanced level. A requirement for obtaining this hourly-paid teaching assistant position is that you can provide documentation that you are studying in one of the Civil Engineering Programs at ITN at Linköping University and that you have good programming skills, primarily in C++.
It is also a merit if you have completed LiTH's course on gender-aware teaching for course assistants.
The work tasks are varied and may arise with short notice, which requires flexibility and your availability at the university. You should also be responsible, thorough, have communicative and pedagogical skills, and be interested in the subject area.
Great weight will be placed on personal qualities and suitability.

You will work at the Department of Science and Technology, campus Norrköping.
About the employment
This is a limited-term intermittent employment with hourly compensation. Scope and period are determined by agreement with the course instructor.
An employment as a teaching assistant is governed by Chapter 5 of the Higher Education Ordinance.
Salary and benefits
Salary according to LiU's central agreement on teaching assistant salary. The current teaching assistant salary at Linköping University is 159,70 kr/hour, which corresponds to a full-time salary of 26 350 kr.
