About the job
We are seeking teaching assistants who, as needed and by agreement, will assist course instructors in the Object-Oriented Programming course TND002. The work tasks primarily involve supervision during technical laboratory sessions.

About you
To be employed as a teaching assistant, you must be admitted to higher education at the basic or advanced level.
The work tasks are directly linked to the basic education courses in Media Technology and AI provided by the Department of Science and Technology at Linköping University. You must have good knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming. Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have completed LiTH's course on gender-aware teaching for course assistants.
The work tasks are varied and can arise with short notice, which requires flexibility and that you are available at Campus Norrköping. You must also be responsible, thorough, have pedagogical skills, and be interested in the subject area.
It is advantageous if you have previous experience working as a teaching assistant in the above-mentioned or related knowledge areas.
Great weight will be placed on personal qualities and suitability.

About the employment
This concerns a fixed-term employment with compensation per hour. Start date by agreement.
Employment as a teaching assistant is regulated in Chapter 5 of the Swedish Higher Education Ordinance.
Salary and benefits
Salary according to LiU's central agreement on teaching assistant pay, currently 159.70 kr/hour.
