About Us Älmhult Health Center is centrally located in a small town with an international character. Our team consists of approximately 50 engaged employees from various professions, where collaboration and good patient care are integral parts of our daily work. You will have colleagues working in psychosocial care and be part of a team that values quality and professional development. About the Role As a psychologist with us, you will work according to our integrated behavioral health model, where high accessibility, stepped care, and interdisciplinary collaboration are important components. We offer both in-person and digital visits and work with internet-based CBT (ICBT). You will meet patients with conditions including: Crisis reactions Anxiety Stress-related issues Pain and sleep difficulties Mild to moderate depression We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to early and appropriate patient care and who sees the whole person when meeting with patients. Who Are You? We are seeking someone who: Is a licensed psychologist Works independently and in a structured manner Is flexible and has an interest in development work Thrives with close collaboration and contributes to the team's common efforts Experience from primary care is a merit.
