We are in an exciting phase of development and are now seeking you as a general practitioner who wants to be part of our growing team. About the Role In the role as a general practitioner, you will have a central and important role in the operation. You work both independently and in close collaboration with other professionals within the team to drive care quality and patient satisfaction. Your work includes clinic visits with both physical and digital consultations, medical assessments, follow-up and mentoring of colleagues, as well as the opportunity to participate in development projects within primary care and digital healthcare services. Qualifications and Personal Qualities for the General Practitioner Role Licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine. Good experience of working in Swedish primary care. Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Other language skills are advantageous. Experience working digitally and a positive attitude toward technical solutions in healthcare. Engaged and has good collaboration skills, both with colleagues and patients. Professional and inclusive approach toward all individuals. Initiative-taking and contributes to a good working environment.
