Järvsö Din hälsocentral AB has approximately 4000 registered patients and is part of the Ljusdal operational area. In Ljusdal, there is also a 24-hour family medicine clinic, a primary care ward, and day care services that serve as important collaboration partners. We provide primary care with physician services, district nurse clinics, home visits, child health centers (BVC), psychosocial team, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy. We also have specialist clinics for diabetes and asthma/COPD patients, as well as our own laboratory where we perform all blood tests and can conduct the most common point-of-care analyses. Järvsö is located in the center of Sweden, approximately three hours by train from Stockholm. Here you can enjoy an abundance of outdoor activities both winter and summer. During the winter season, Järvsöbacken with its 23 slopes is one of Sweden's most visited alpine skiing facilities. In summer, Järvsö offers cycling adventures both downhill and through several kilometers of marked cycling trails in beautiful natural surroundings. Järvsö also has fine waters suitable for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a physician with us, you have the opportunity to work broadly and utilize your full medical expertise within the concept of "Close Care." We have the patient at the center, where as a physician you will have the opportunity to participate in our ongoing development work. Today, two general practitioners and two trainee physicians work with us. We also welcome medical students on an ongoing basis. As a specialist in general medicine or a physician with other relevant background, you will work both independently and team-based with an engaged and supportive work group consisting of district nurses, clinic nurses, child health center nurses, diabetes nurses, and laboratory assistants. We also have psychosocial and rehabilitation staff working across the organization, based in Ljusdal. This allows us to provide the high quality care and patient treatment we stand for. The work tasks are highly varied, as in addition to our regular patients, we also have the opportunity to care for many of our visiting guests during the tourist season.
