Patients who would normally seek emergency care if they lived in a city come to us. This makes the work highly varied, interesting, and educational, combining traditional primary care work with more acute cases. The staff at Bräcke Health Center are active in the transition to coordinated care and we have good collaboration with the municipality that we jointly develop, making the work easy and enjoyable. Bräcke has 3 permanently employed specialist doctors with extensive primary care experience. JOB DUTIES Working as a specialist in general medicine with us means you assess, investigate, treat, and advise patients with various types of ailments and issues. You work with health promotion and collaborate with other professions at the health center. You will work using evidence-based methods individually, in group activities, and via the internet. We actively work to develop our treatment interventions, promote healthy lifestyles, and prevent long-term sick leave while promoting rapid return to work. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking you with specialist competence in general medicine with Swedish medical license and good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You enjoy working in a team with other professions close to the patient and want to contribute to the development of the operations. As a person, we see that you are positive, humble, and prefer to work solution-oriented. Additionally, we would like to see that you have a structured and flexible work approach. You should have good initiative, an open mind, and be open to changes within your field of work. Requirements include independent work, good patient relations, good collaboration skills, and professional responsibility. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
