Our treatment is based on evidence-based methods, individual adaptation, and a holistic perspective where we see the person behind the addiction. Nämndemansgården offers treatment in both residential care and outpatient care, as well as targeted services for employers, social services, and private individuals. Our treatment facilities are located in several places throughout Sweden, and we always work with a combination of medical, psychological, and social treatment to give our clients the best conditions for long-term change. We are now seeking an experienced full-time treatment provider at our residential facility in Karmansbo. The facility serves adult men and women with addiction problems who come as private paying clients or through their employers. About the Role We are looking for a treatment provider who wants to help develop our individually adapted treatment. You are a key person for the quality of treatment and work together with colleagues in a small team on site with the client in focus. As a treatment provider, you are responsible for conducting group treatment according to our procedures and ensuring that treatment for each individual progresses according to plan. You are responsible for delivering the lectures included in the treatment program and you ensure documentation. We work based on CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) with elements of twelve-step-based interventions and MI (motivational interviewing). You need to have experience leading groups and you need to be able to work independently while also creating a strong team spirit. Personal experience with addiction is a merit. Experience with mindfulness/meditation is a merit. We are looking for someone who: - is trained as an Alcohol and Drug Therapist/addiction therapist or equivalent. - has experience with both twelve-step and CBT approaches. - has at least 3 years of experience treating risky use, harmful use, or addiction. - is professional, responsive, independent, responsible, and enjoys learning new things. - has the ability to create good relationships and great understanding of processes surrounding substance abuse and addiction. - has an understanding that different individuals have different needs. - is a good team player and colleague. - Personal suitability is of great importance. At Karmansbo, treatment is conducted as full-time residential care. One day per week, an aftercare group is also conducted. There is room for 14 individuals in treatment. We always work with a combination of medical, psychological, and social treatment to give our clients the best conditions for long-term change. Accommodation is available.
