Proposed Structure Joint venture for the Swedish market 50/50 revenue sharing Annual system license of 500,000 SEK - You pay Joint planning of budget and marketing activities Ownership, capital requirements, decision-making rights, and legal structure to be determined following dialogue and due diligence.
