About the role As an elderly care assistant in Sweden, you support older adults in their daily lives with warm and professional care — from personal hygiene and care to meals and mobility assistance. You make everyday life safer for people who need help, while collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality care. SuperRen matches you with workplaces in Sweden that truly fit who you are. What you will do Provide personal care and assistance with dressing and undressing Assist with hygiene, toileting, and meals Support mobility and safe use of assistive devices Provide simple medication reminders and follow medical orders Document interventions and report changes in the client's condition Collaborate with the care team and follow patient safety procedures Create a sense of security and respectful interaction with the client What you bring Education in healthcare and care or equivalent experience in elderly care Experience working with older adults is a merit and you can document previous work tasks Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, to ensure patient safety and collaboration You are driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver high quality, every time You collaborate and lift those around you You always want to learn and help others learn in every workplace Salary and employment form Positions are available as full-time, part-time, or as needed.
