We are now seeking an Activity Leader for the Maintenance Technology Renewal group at Forsmark.
About the Job
In your role as Activity Leader, you drive assignments from start to finish, for example component replacements and other maintenance measures. The work takes place in a structured work process (UMK – maintenance with construction support) where you have a central role in coordinating the work.
You are responsible for creating momentum and ensuring that assignments are completed with the right quality, within planned time and budget.
Example of Work Tasks
Plan, follow up, and drive momentum in assignments
Take responsibility for timeline and budget
Coordinate work between different resources and ensure quality at each step
Work closely with functions such as design, procurement, production, and external partners
You will be part of an engaged team with approximately 15 colleagues. Here there is an open and supportive climate where we help each other and share knowledge.
Requirements

You work in a structured manner, plan your work well, and have the ability to hold the big picture together. You collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, create engagement and communicate clearly, while being persistent and finding ways forward even when the path is not obvious.
We would like to see that you have:
Technical university degree or equivalent experience working in technology/maintenance
Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English
Good computer skills, especially in the Office package
Meritorious:
Experience in project management, coordination, or work leadership
Experience from industry
