You will support, inspire, respect, and motivate the client. The client is active and needs an assistant who wants to keep up with his pace but who also won't get bored during quieter moments. We are looking for someone who is engaged, playful, and can work with a calm, measured approach. Experience with autism and work as a personal assistant is an advantage, but personality is the highest priority. It is essential that you have good personal chemistry with both the client and the family. The family also has other siblings with personal assistance and pets, so you cannot have pet allergies. The workplace is located in Glanshammar; since public transportation is limited, a driver's license and car are required. Work hours are currently daytime and evening shifts, with possible opportunities to work certain weekends. Before employment, references must be provided and a criminal background check excerpt must be presented.
