We are looking for you to work as a leader in two of our stores – Trollhättan and Vänersborg – and who is driven to lead, inspire, and develop the sales staff in the stores through active leadership.
As store manager at Akademibokhandeln, you are responsible for results, personnel, concept, and administration in both stores. You have overall responsibility for driving the daily work while also leading long-term development efforts toward set goals.

We are looking for you who:
Are an experienced and inspiring leader driven to lead, inspire, and develop your team through active leadership
Are passionate about sales – both through direct customer interaction and through inspiring store displays
Have management experience from retail
Always set an example in every customer encounter
Feel comfortable leading and implementing change processes
Enjoy driving personal sales toward set goals in accordance with the company's concept
Have good commercial knowledge and know what creates a successful store
Take initiative to maximize the store's financial results
Communicate clearly with sales staff, managers, and colleagues and are not afraid to make difficult decisions
Are structured, organized, and enjoy working in an environment where you take significant personal responsibility
