Would you like to be part of spreading the joy of reading as store manager for Akademibokhandeln in Trollhättan and Vänersborg?
We are looking for you to work as a leader in two of our stores – Trollhättan and Vänersborg – and who is driven to lead, inspire, and develop the sales staff in the stores through active leadership.
As store manager at Akademibokhandeln, you are responsible for results, personnel, concept, and administration in both stores. You have overall responsibility for driving daily operations, while also leading long-term development work toward established goals.

We are looking for you who:
Are an experienced and inspiring leader driven by actively leading, inspiring, and developing your team
Are passionate about sales – both through direct customer interactions and through inspiring store displays
Have leadership experience from retail
Always set an example in every customer interaction
Feel comfortable leading and implementing change processes
Enjoy driving personal sales toward established goals according to the company's concept
Have good commercial knowledge and understand what creates a successful store
Take initiative to maximize the store's financial results
Communicate clearly with sales staff, managers, and colleagues and are not afraid to make difficult decisions
Are structured, organized, and enjoy working in an environment where you take significant personal responsibility
