AI Software Developer

About the Role Our client, a technology-driven consulting firm, is now seeking a senior AI architect who wants to work at the forefront of modern AI development. You will work on client assignments in both the private and public sectors, with a focus on designing, building, and deploying advanced AI solutions. The role involves taking responsibility for the architecture and implementation of solutions based on Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based systems. This is not a role for experimental prototypes – we're looking for someone with experience taking AI solutions all the way to robust production environments with requirements for performance, scalability, and quality. You work both strategically and operatively: setting technical direction, designing architecture, and being hands-on in implementation. Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: Documented experience designing and deploying LLM-based solutions Built and implemented RAG architecture (embeddings, retrieval, chunking, evaluation) Experience with agent-based systems and workflow orchestration Worked with performance optimization, scalability, and AI in production Experience in regulated or complex environments (e.g., public sector, MedTech, finance, or similar) Understanding of GDPR and/or AI Act Several years of experience in software architecture and distributed systems You're not just a developer – you take architectural responsibility and can justify technical decisions.
