About the role As a consultant with us, you are more than a specialist. You are an AI pioneer who helps our customers take real steps on their AI journey from idea and strategy to implementation and value creation. You work at the intersection of development, AI, and business, and you understand the technology deeply, but also how it creates value in reality. You will: Combine your developer background with solutions in machine learning, generative AI, and data-driven systems Challenge old ways of working and show what is actually possible Take an advisory role in technical and strategic decisions Help build and develop our AI offering The position can be based in either Karlskrona or Växjö, and travel may occur. Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who doesn't just follow developments in AI, but drives them. Someone who questions, twists, and turns problems until you find something better. Someone who sees the big picture—not just the model, not just the code, but the business, the people, and the real impact. You also have: An academic degree in IT, computer science, or similar Several years of experience as a consultant, developer, data scientist, or similar The ability to see the big picture and connect technology to business value The ability to engage in dialogue with clients and can explain complex technology in an understandable way For this role, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, and you must have Swedish citizenship as some client assignments require it.
