We are now seeking an IT specialist with a focus on requirements and testing for one of our agile development teams at the Swedish Companies Registration Office. About the Job As an IT specialist with a focus on requirements and testing, you will be part of an agile development team within the Swedish Companies Registration Office's development unit. Together with the team, you are responsible for the IT services and IT systems that the team works with. The work includes maintenance, further development, and new development. You actively participate throughout the entire development process from requirements analysis and requirements work to implementation, testing, and deployment, with particular focus on requirements and testing. In the team, you help each other where needed and work together to achieve your delivery goals. The working approach is based on close collaboration, dialogue, and shared responsibility for results. For this role, you need to have: • Post-secondary education in IT or other education or experience that we consider equivalent. • Several years of current work experience in requirements management and/or testing work in IT system development. • Several years of current work experience with agile working methods. • Experience working in medium-sized or large IT organizations with a focus on requirements and/or testing in management, new development, and further development of IT systems. • Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have: • Documented education in testing, technical testing, or other that we consider equivalent. • Several years of current work experience in practical work in agile development teams and application of agile working methods (for example, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban). • Current work experience in accessibility and UX work in connection with requirements and/or testing work. • Work experience in scaled agile working methods, for example SAFe. • Current work experience in case management within a government agency with associated systems (for example, case handling, document management, and record keeping).
