About the Role As a consultant at Sawubona IT, you'll have the opportunity to work on qualified assignments with customers where IT development, digitalization, and technical delivery are central to the business. The assignments may vary, but what they have in common is that you work closely with operations, technology, product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to create clarity, direction, and real customer value. You combine an understanding of IT development with the ability to lead people, prioritize work, and create functioning collaborations in daily operations. You translate ideas, working methods, and priorities into practical action near teams, technology, and delivery. You might, for example: · create clarity around goals, priorities, and conditions for development teams' work · collaborate closely with product managers, technical key personnel, development teams, and business-focused stakeholders · strengthen teams' working methods, collaboration, and ability to deliver together · lead and create structure in meetings, workshops, planning, and joint forums · identify obstacles, dependencies, and uncertainties that affect teams' work and delivery capacity · contribute to quality-assured deliveries, continuous improvement, and concrete business value · work with follow-up, documentation, communication, and prioritization in digital tools for planning, development, and collaboration You'll become an important part of creating structure, collaboration, and energy in the teams, while helping our customers reach their goals and build stable, sustainable IT solutions. We're Looking for You · with a background in IT development, preferably as a developer or in another technically close role · with several years of experience leading, coordinating, or driving development-focused work in IT environments · who wants to lead close to development teams, technology, product, and delivery with clear presence in day-to-day operations · with good understanding of modern IT development environments, technical dependencies, and how development teams work · who is accustomed to creating direction, structure, and prioritization in complex contexts · who communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating with operations, product managers, technical key personnel, and other stakeholders · with a consulting mindset and who enjoys customer-focused assignments Meritorious Experience It's an advantage if you have: · experience working in larger development organizations with multiple teams, dependencies, and joint deliveries · familiarity with digital tools for planning, follow-up, development, and collaboration · relevant certification, training, or further education in leadership, team development, IT governance, or modern working methods · experience from multiple development-focused roles, for example in development, architecture, requirements, testing, or technical delivery · interest in how AI, automation, and modern digital tools can streamline analysis, documentation, communication, and product development As a Person, You Are · confident, clear, and trustworthy in meetings with both teams and decision-makers · operational and present, with willingness to lead close to IT development, collaboration, and delivery · communicative and responsive, with strong ability to create collaboration between different stakeholders · structured, responsible, and solution-oriented, with focus on long-term sustainable results · engaged and curious, with drive to create value for the customer and develop both yourself and others Why Sawubona IT?
