The Medical Products Agency's Digitalization Unit is seeking an Agile Coach who helps teams and leaders develop together and create value in a complex organization. Our Operations IT at the Medical Products Agency consists of the Digitalization Unit and the Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and User Support Unit (CIA). The unit currently has approximately 85 dedicated employees who, together with CIA, take a holistic approach to the agency's digitalization. We work closely with operations and deliver accessible, stable, and secure IT support that creates tangible value. We have a relatively large portion of in-house development, and our teams continuously develop both work methods, technology, and tools with a focus on quality, collaboration, and learning. The Digitalization Unit is growing, and we are seeking more colleagues who want to help develop our digital solutions. Your Responsibilities You will be part of an established team working to support and develop IT operations in both operational and strategic matters. The role involves driving change initiatives and organizational development, as well as coaching teams, individuals, and managers in complex change and development issues. You will also continuously develop and improve shared work methods, for example by facilitating workshops, meetings, and conducting training. An important part of the work is to collect, structure, and visualize information together with your colleagues in a way that makes it easy to understand and creates alignment among stakeholders. You contribute to clarity and ensure that planning and prioritization are aligned by making dependencies, conflicts, and other planning challenges visible, and you support the organization in managing them. It is important that you contribute to a culture characterized by collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning. Your Background You have relevant higher education or university degree in IT, organization, or equivalent, as well as several years of current experience with agile work methods and change management. We are looking for someone who has worked in the public sector and has good insight into the requirements placed on a public organization. You have documented experience working with team development and have built a good understanding of people and group dynamics through previous experience. You are experienced in presenting and visualizing information in ways that create engagement, alignment, and understanding among different audiences. We would like to see that you have experience working in organizations of different types and sizes, preferably larger organizations, which has given you broad understanding of agile transformations. Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English, is required. Your Personal Qualities You are a confident and persistent leader who is comfortable working exploratively and method-neutrally based on the organization's actual needs, and you are good at communicating with different roles. You are structured, relationship-building, and take initiative. You naturally take on leadership and are comfortable driving issues forward and anchoring decisions with relevant stakeholders. You are attentive and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner, and you are a team player who values the team's joint development and results. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
