About Villa Algot Group Home
We at Agaton Omsorg are proud to be able to offer a brand new, state-of-the-art LSS residence in Bro this summer. Villa Algot will be situated in a quiet residential area with absolute proximity to central Bro and thus all conceivable community services and communications.
The residence has 6 places where each resident has their own apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and their own patio. Additionally, there are common areas such as kitchen/dining area and shared spaces.
In the residence, support is designed for those living there to enable them to live as independently as possible with varied content regarding employment, activities, and community. Each resident is assigned a contact person who is responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on the resident's care.
About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you are an important part of the lives of the people who live at Villa Algot and a guarantor that working methods and approach toward our clients follow Agaton Omsorg's vision, values, and pedagogical philosophy. Our goal is to together make this day better than yesterday for the people we have the privilege of caring for.
We are looking for someone who has care and welfare education or equivalent. We would prefer that you have experience of similar work within, for example, care and welfare or similar. Experience in low-affective communication and clarifying pedagogy is a merit.

We are now looking for additional Residential Support Workers to join our team.
Working hours: day, evening, and weekends.
Trial employment 6 months.
Start date to be agreed, with preliminary start in mid-October 2026.
We are looking for someone who has relevant education within care and welfare/psychiatry (e.g. nursing assistant with or without psychiatric specialization, care assistant, nurse, treatment educator, social educator, support educator)
You have documented experience of work in similar operations and can provide good references.
It is a merit if you have knowledge and experience of low-affective communication and clarifying pedagogy.
B driving license is a merit.
