As Aftersales Support, you will work with technical support for end customers, resellers, and service partners. You will be an important part of our organization and serve as a technical expert and advisor for our products and solutions. The position is based at our office in Gothenburg. Responsibilities · Handle customer inquiries via internal ticketing systems, email, and phone. · Provide technical support to end customers, resellers, and service partners. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and solutions. · Troubleshoot printers in network environments and various operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. · Work with both practical and theoretical support issues. · Participate in training customers, partners, and internal employees. · Serve as a technical link between sales, service organization, and product managers. · Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation. · Collaborate with Nordic and international colleagues. · Contribute to process development, quality, and customer satisfaction. Desired Qualifications · Experience with technical support and customer support. · Good technical understanding and strong analytical skills. · Customer-oriented, communicative, and service-minded. · Work independently, in an organized manner, and solution-focused. · Knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and network-related issues. · Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. · Finnish language skills are highly desirable as the role involves contact with customers, partners, and colleagues in Finland. · Experience with IT, printing, or labeling solutions is a plus. · Good skills in Microsoft Office. · Quick learner of new systems and technical solutions. · Pedagogical, patient, and enjoy helping others. · Genuine interest in technology.
