BRS Networks is a well-established company in the fiber and IT market with approximately 75 employees and headquarters in Visby. In addition to Gotland, we have offices in Kalmar and Mälardalen as well as in Germany. In our IT department, we work to offer comprehensive solutions that include everything from data centers, IT strategy, IT infrastructure, IT support, IT security, and IT training. We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) that takes great responsibility for our customers' IT needs and ensures they receive the best possible service. We have an ongoing expansion to offer system development, management, and product development to the market, and we are now looking for you who want to be part of building this initiative. You will work on various projects and operations as well as the product developments we have planned. At BRS Networks, you'll help build the consulting firm of the future with engaged colleagues. Responsibilities Work as a business consultant focusing on strategic system development with the help of AI Work in pre-sales, projects, and help develop next-generation products Work in tight teams together with both Swedish and international customers Qualifications Post-secondary education At least 8 years of professional experience in an IT-related field Good collaboration skills, curious about new technology, and a willingness to learn and continuously develop Communicates well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written B driver's license is desired Meritorious experience working with AI We Offer An opportunity to participate in our ongoing business initiative to build a modern consulting firm focused on strategy and development Personal development A workplace that values diversity and self-leadership Assignments will take place both in Sweden and abroad Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
