Aviation Business Unit is one of Avarn Security's largest and most complex operational areas. Operations are conducted primarily at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, in a dynamic and security-critical environment with high demands on quality, safety, service and operational precision. Your Assignment As Aviation Business Unit Manager, you have overall responsibility for the business unit's operations, delivery, finances, employees and continued development. The operations comprise approximately 1,500 employees and you lead through an experienced management team with responsibility for the operations' various functions and departments. You translate business plans, budgets and targets into practice and ensure, together with the management team, that operations deliver according to customer expectations, regulatory requirements and Avarn Security's internal targets. You drive profitability and development with a focus on customer value, quality, productivity, competency supply and continuous improvements. Your Leadership You are an experienced, clear and confident leader with the ability to create engagement, direction and results through others. You are visible and communicative, make decisions with good judgment and combine high integrity with decisiveness. You thrive in an operation where daily operational delivery is closely linked to long-term development and strategic goals. You have a strong business perspective and build trusting relationships with customers, employees, authorities and partners. Organization and Placement The role is based at Stockholm Arlanda Airport and involves close collaboration with customers, authorities, local and central support functions and other parts of Avarn Security. You report to the Guarding Director and are part of the operation's strategic management forum. About the Employment The position is a permanent employment with start date by agreement.
