About the Position

In your role as project manager, you will become a central part of GEO-Group's continued development. The role has emerged from a concrete need in the business where you will serve as close support to the CEO and help create even better structure, customer presence, and project management.
You will work broadly across the business and be involved in everything from customer dialogues, planning and follow-up to resource management, finance, and administration. The role suits you if you thrive in an operations-focused environment where you have the opportunity to influence, make decisions, and create conditions for both customers and colleagues to succeed.
You will become part of a company with approximately 20 employees working in geotechnics, core drilling, and borehole drilling. Responsibilities
As a project manager, you will become a central part of day-to-day operations and be responsible for creating structure, momentum, and good communication between customers, projects, and field personnel. You will work with project management, resource planning, customer dialogue, follow-up, and administration while serving as operational support to the business.
The role involves great variety. One day you might participate in customer meetings, plan upcoming projects, and review finances, while the next day involves solving practical challenges in the field, coordinating resources, booking transport, handling orders, or ensuring projects have the right conditions to be executed.
You will participate in different stages of projects, from planning and startup to follow-up and closure. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to develop customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the company's continued development.
We Are Looking for You If You
• Have experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, contracting, or similar business
• Have an understanding of how projects function in production and thrive close to operations
• Have good administrative abilities and can create structure in a day with many parallel activities
• Have good computer skills and feel comfortable with the Office package and other business systems
• Have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Hold a class B driver's license
It is advantageous if you have experience in contract work, procurement, financial follow-up, customer responsibility, or people management. We would like to see that you come from a practical background where you have worked your way through the business and gained understanding of both production, people, and business.
