Your Responsibilities As a Business Analyst, you will join our well-established Commercial Team and contribute to developing our business as a partner to our account managers through your structured, driven, proactive, and positive approach. The role plays a central function in transforming data into business insights that strengthen customer relationships, develop business, and create long-term value for the organization. A central part of the role is ensuring that we meet our agreements and identifying opportunities to develop the business. In this role, you will be part of a team with colleagues in the same position, where you collaborate closely and support each other in daily work. You will also be in close contact with your manager and other parts of the department. With your system knowledge across business systems, reporting systems, and e-commerce systems, you ensure that we meet our customer agreements and develop them through analysis of customer purchasing behavior. This helps our account managers guide customers to make the right choices based on purchasing behavior, environmental focus, and product selection. Together with account managers, the purchasing department, e-commerce department, and logistics department, you drive various projects to promote the business. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is analytical, business-minded, and structured, with a positive attitude and a strong drive to develop both yourself and the organization. You have experience working in roles that have given you insight into sales, customer relationships, or procurement, and you are accustomed to using data and analysis as a tool to identify business opportunities. You have solid system experience and have worked with Microsoft Excel and other business tools, such as SAP, Power BI, or similar reporting systems. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics is a plus. You also have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, and feel comfortable communicating in English. You thrive in a role where you get to collaborate closely with others, while independently driving projects and ensuring deadlines are met. With your ability to analyze and draw conclusions, you become an important partner to our account managers, where you help develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Finally, we believe that your background in procurement, sales, finance, or administration strengthens your conditions for success in the role, and we believe your experience comes from a role such as procurement assistant, e-commerce specialist, coordinator, or sales support.
