About the Role As CEO, you have overall responsibility for leading the operations toward long-term, profitable and sustainable growth. You report to the board and are responsible for translating the owners' and board's goals into clear strategies, business plans and results. In the role, you lead the operations through business area managers, production and workshop management, and shared support functions within HR, finance, administration and maintenance. Your focus is on creating the right conditions for the organization through clear objectives, mandates and follow-ups rather than being operationally involved in day-to-day activities yourself. You also have overall responsibility for work environment, quality, safety and compliance, and ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, requirements and policies. You are responsible for ensuring balance between sales and production capacity, developing the organization's competence and leadership, and driving strategic initiatives. You are expected to actively drive change and development work that strengthens the companies' competitiveness, efficiency and future growth. The role requires the ability to lead the organization through change, create understanding for new initiatives and ensure long-term implementation. A central part of the assignment is to ensure effective collaboration between sales and production so that order situation, capacity, resources and investments develop in balance. The assignment also includes safeguarding and developing Isakssons Markteknik and Nordic Equipment as two independent operations with their own market positions, customer relationships and business offerings. What We're Looking For Experience leading and developing operations with full P&L responsibility Documented experience in strategic business development work and growth initiatives Good understanding of sales, production and operations management Experience leading through other managers and building high-performing organizations Strong financial understanding with experience in budgeting, investments, follow-up and analysis Experience with board reporting and working closely with owners or board Relevant academic education or equivalent experience It is a Merit if You Have Experience from manufacturing industry or production-related operations Experience leading operations with multiple business areas Experience in change management and organizational development Experience with investments, major development projects or business acquisitions Knowledge in work environment, quality and sustainability work About You We are looking for a confident and clear leader with strong business drive.
