Linton Kennegård is a deliberately small law firm with offices on Birkagatan in central Stockholm. We specialize in advanced family law, complex custody disputes, cross-border property divisions, and cases where international private law and multiple jurisdictions meet in the same matter. We handle a significant number of cases with international connections, and it is in this type of law that we are at our strongest. Today the firm consists of one attorney and one paralegal. We have short decision-making paths, an open-minded culture, and a philosophy where quality comes before quantity. We are now looking for an attorney who wants to be part of what we are building. The Role You manage your cases independently from initial client contact to judgment or settlement. Our core business is custody, residence, visitation, and property division, often with international connections requiring knowledge of international private law, the Hague Convention, and cross-border jurisdictional matters. Our clients are in difficult situations and deserve a representative who is both legally sharp and genuinely present. Competence in inheritance law, general civil law, and international civil law are merits.
