Job Description The Administration function is a service function at the community corrections office where you will be part of a team of six people. As an administrator, you will be responsible for administering client cases including registration of incoming cases, processing decisions, case management, and more. The work involves following administrative procedures that apply both nationally and locally. Together with other administrators, you will drive operations based on current assignments. Administration is responsible for archives, records management, mail handling, procurement, certain invoice handling, and managing the authority's incoming emails. Qualifications The administrator role is a service function, which requires that you are service-oriented. We are looking for someone who has: - At least upper secondary education in the form of a final diploma/upper secondary degree, preferably with an office administration or economics focus, or other education combined with relevant experience that the employer deems equivalent - Strong administrative skills - Good computer skills - Good knowledge and ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing It is also meritorious to have: - Several years of experience in administrative work in public administration (state/municipal) - Knowledge of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's administrative systems (Proceedo, KVR, Platina) - Knowledge of the sentencing system within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service - Individual courses at college/university that the employer deems relevant for the position - Experience in supporting managers with administrative work Other Information The Swedish Prison and Probation Service has chosen to remove the personal letter and replaced it with selection questions relevant to the position.
