We are now looking for a self-driven administrator for Ragn-Sells' operations in Skoghall, Karlstad. You will be an important part of a small team and work on-site directly at Ragn-Sells' customer location. The operations run 24/7 year-round, which means administration plays a critical role in ensuring everything runs smoothly. As this is a staffing assignment, you will be employed as a consultant at StudentConsulting and assigned to Ragn-Sells.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
About the Position
As an administrator, you will have a broad range of responsibilities with many points of contact. You will support daily operations and handle everything from statistics and reporting to customer contacts and invoicing documentation.
Initially, the role may feel intense as there are many tasks and systems to learn. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is experienced, self-driven, and confident in creating structure even when conditions change.
Your Responsibilities
Compile and prepare statistics and reports
Work in the customer's various tools and manage documentation for annual statistics
Handle incoming and outgoing customer contacts via phone and email
Receive and register orders
Prepare documentation for invoicing and, over time, work with invoicing
Work in Microsoft 365 and the organization's business system
Prepare records from safety rounds
Handle incidents, risk observations, and other occupational health and safety documents
Scheduling and administration related to personnel
Support operations with budget and finance matters
Who Are You?

Qualifications
Requirements
High school diploma
Experience in administrative work
Very strong Excel skills
Experience with invoicing or business systems
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Desirable
Experience from the industrial, recycling, or waste industry
Experience from the paper or process industry
Finance background or experience with budget and finance work
Knowledge of heavy vehicles, such as trucks and wheel loaders
Employment Terms
Location: Skoghall, Karlstad.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 07.00-16.00
