JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you interested in personnel administration, scheduling, and staffing planning - and do you want a role where you truly make a difference? As an administrator, you will be a central part of our newly built residential care facility Eskilsgården in Vellinge and you will work closely with the unit managers.
In the role of administrator within residential care, you are a key person with good insight into the entire operation. Your work tasks span several areas where personnel planning, staffing, and scheduling form the core of the assignment.
Your main work tasks are:
• Responsible for scheduling and substitute staffing arrangements
• Provide qualified administrative support to unit managers
• Work with personnel administration and management of operational systems
• Handle procurement, contracts, and certain financial administration
Coordinate the onboarding of new staff
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with upper secondary education, preferably with an administrative focus. It is meritorious if you are trained as a nursing assistant or currently work as one.
We see that you have:
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Good computer skills and confidence in working with different operational systems
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
It is meritorious if you also have:
• Experience with personnel administration systems such as Personec P, Schemabanken, or Lifecare.
• Higher education or vocational college education within a relevant field
