JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you a solution-focused and service-oriented person who enjoys creating structure and supporting others? Then you could be the administrator we're looking for at Home Care Services.
As an administrator with us at Home Care Services, you fill an important role as you are a central part of keeping operations running. You will work closely with our unit managers. Your workday will include both classic administrative tasks such as scheduling, handling sick leave reports, ordering, and invoice management, but also more spontaneous tasks such as helping colleagues with practical matters when the need arises. This means your workdays will be varied and you should be prepared to adjust plans and take on whatever comes up.
Examples of job responsibilities:
• independently perform administrative tasks and provide administrative support and service to operations
• work with staffing and schedule planning
• handle invoices and orders
• collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• work with and document in the operational systems in place
• know and follow the applicable laws, policies, and procedures of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS
In the role of administrator, you need to be service-oriented, which means you have an interest, willingness, and ability to help others, and you make an effort to deliver solutions. You work well with others and always provide good treatment. We believe you appreciate order and organization, as you are thorough and structured. Taking personal responsibility within your work area and having a flexible approach is, for you, a matter of course. Furthermore, you must master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with patients and colleagues, as well as document what the organization requires.

Requirements:
• secondary school education or vocational training in an area relevant to the position, such as administration, economics, or health and care
• B-class driver's license

• experience with the operational system Visma or equivalent accounting system
