Are you a thorough and curious administrator who enjoys reuse, IT, and diving deep into systems and details? Then this consulting assignment might be perfect for you! Our client is transforming how companies buy, use, and dispose of IT equipment. The client receives, secures, refurbishes, reconditions, and resells IT equipment to the market. About the Role As an administrator, you will play a central role with the client. You'll be part of a customer center team consisting of five people. Here you'll work closely with both colleagues and customers in an environment where collaboration, development, and a positive atmosphere are central. Your days will vary, but your main responsibilities will include: Managing onboarding of new customers and ensuring a smooth and structured start Handling administrative workflows, including returns and resale of IT equipment Coordinating inventory management, registration, and tracking of equipment Managing order placement, deliveries, and invoicing Ensuring proper administration in business systems and external portals Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners Contributing to monitoring, quality assurance, and improvement of processes and work methods The role involves many and diverse contact points, including with the sales organization, account managers, delivery and logistics functions, finance, external partners, and customers. The role will also develop as the business and operations grow. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who thrives in an administrative and coordinating role where structure, service, and collaboration are important parts of your daily work. The client is on an exciting transformation journey, which means you need to be comfortable with change and varying tasks. The most important thing is finding the right person, but we'd appreciate if you have experience in administrative work within areas such as IT, logistics, returns, or service delivery. Ideally, you have worked with orders, inventory management, and invoice workflows and are experienced working in multiple systems. As a person, you are confident, responsible, and flexible. You work in a structured and thorough manner and have the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks. You are service-oriented and solution-focused with strong communication skills and an easy ability to collaborate with others. Want to Know More? This is a 12-month consulting assignment with the possibility of extension. You will be employed as a consultant at OnePartnerGroup and will be placed at our client's headquarters in Stockholm.
