Administrator for Habilitation's Training and Knowledge Center (KKC) Qualified healthcare administrator sought for Habilitation's Training and Knowledge Center About the Operation KKC is part of Habilitation & Health and is located at Sabbatsberg Hospital in central Stockholm. The operation consists of a children's team, adult team, ID team, and an administrative team. About the Position As an administrator, you are a key person for both patients and colleagues. You work broadly with patient administration, IT, and service. The operation is team-based and strongly regulated, which places high demands on administrative accuracy, system proficiency, and good knowledge of applicable laws and guidelines. Responsibilities In your role as administrator, you are responsible for qualified administrative support to the operation, including: - Medical record documentation and administrative management in healthcare systems. - Referral handling, summons, bookings, and case management in 1177, Alltid Öppet, and other healthcare systems. - Administrative support to unit manager and treatment team - Follow-up, statistics, and reporting according to regional requirements - Reception staffing and reception telephone duties - Scheduling and personnel administration - Mail, orders, purchases, and invoice handling - Ensuring that administrative routines are followed according to applicable regulations Qualifications To be a suitable candidate for this position with us, you need the following experience and knowledge: - At least 3 years of current experience (within the last 5 years) with qualified administrative work in healthcare, habilitation, or other region- or government-run operations - At least 2 years of documented practical experience with the TakeCare medical records system - Documented experience working in the region's administrative support systems, for example Heroma - Documented experience independently initiating, prioritizing, and completing multiple simultaneous tasks with high throughput while maintaining quality, with limited need for supervision or correction - Strong and applied knowledge of confidentiality regulations (OSL) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English Merits include experience with - Course and group administration - Improvement work and digital accessibility - IT systems Pingpong, Support and Treatment (SoB), 1177, Alltid öppet, Transvoice, book medical transport - Work with our target groups with autism, ID, and patients with protected identity.
