About the Workplace
Furillen in Rydebäck is a care residence with 72 apartments on four floors, one of which is dedicated to dementia care. The residence is located near bus stops and the train station in Rydebäck, providing excellent commuting options.
What We Offer
We offer you a varied, responsible, and stimulating work with opportunities for personal development. The workplace is smoke-free and health-conscious. As an employee, you receive a wellness allowance of 3000 kronor per year.
Work Tasks
As an administrator with us, your tasks include matters related to finances, procurement, and tenant and personnel issues. You are responsible for scheduling and other administrative tasks that arise in daily operations. You also frequently serve as the first point of contact for residents, relatives, staff, students/interns, and visitors.
The work involves using several different digital systems and managing parallel tasks, which requires your ability to create structure and deliver on schedule. Furthermore, you support the unit managers by assisting with presenting various reports, statistics, or other information to enable monitoring and decision-making.
You maintain contact with colleagues, HR administrators, and other support functions in the administration, and you are part of a network of administrators where you work together to develop common working methods.
Qualifications
You should have administrative training, and to succeed in the role, you need work experience in administration and scheduling. Communication is a significant part of the work, so it is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is also important that you are comfortable working with different digital systems and programs.
It is a merit if you have experience working in health and care and are familiar with some of our support systems such as Business System UBW, Medvind, LifeCare, Winlas, and Personec P.
Your Personal Qualities Matter to Us
Since you are in many ways the face of the operation to the outside world, it is important that you are positive, service-oriented, and have a professional demeanor. You work in a structured and independent manner, have a good ability to prioritize, and take own initiative. The work is varied and therefore requires flexibility and a solution-oriented approach.
