We are responsible for supplying hourly employees and summer substitutes, as well as central scheduling in our operations. The staffing unit has a central and varied role in the organization. Every day we are in contact with employees, managers, and job seekers and are often the first point of contact with the municipality. For this reason, we place great emphasis on professional and solution-oriented service, good collaboration skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. You are proactive and self-driven, while enjoying working closely with colleagues and valuing good collaboration. You have a natural ability to create professional relationships with managers, employees, and colleagues and contribute with a service-oriented and professional approach. You find recruitment, staffing, and personnel planning interesting and are motivated by contributing to efficient operations and sustainable use of personnel resources.
